On smaller/mobile screens, this theme has a sticky footer to facilitate navigation by thumb. There is enough space at the bottom of each page that it shouldn't interfere with reading anything. Don't like it? Move it to the top by switching the main grid structure in the header.

The majority of the custom scripts live in the "headerinclude" template and have been loaded with all kinds of commentary so you know what does what. I've tried to arrange them into their own sections, which looks a little crazy, but it should be easy to distinguish which script tag is responsible for which functionality, and which ones you can remove if you don't need them. They're all fairly lightweight and shouldn't make a huge difference in performance or load times.

Scripts included:
  • Modals - System that opens and closes all modals on the site.
  • Header Toggle - Open and close the big hero header thing, whatever you may decide to put in it.
  • Mode Toggle - toggles between light and dark mode
  • Menu Toggle - Makes the collapsible menus on certain pages open and close properly
  • Auto Open Sections - Also for collapsible menus: ensures pages load with the appropriate section already open
  • Color Picker - Use the color picker to change the contrast color (Uses chroma.js)
  • User Colors - Makes sure that your custom user colors are visible against whatever color background (uses Chroma.js)
  • Sidebar - Makes the sidebar on larger screens open and close
  • Content Filters - Custom filters to hide posts with objectionable content
  • User Info Modals - optional, open mini profiles when properly classed usernames are clicked, rather than redirecting to the profile page.
  • PMs in Title - Puts a notification with how many PMs you have in the page title, if you have more than 0

There are a few scripts specific to particular pages that I've left in those pages for clarity.
